Success at first head race of the season!
Shanklin Sandown Rowing club secured four wins at last weekend’s BTC Spring Head Race. The Novice Ladies crew of Yasmin Wright, Lottie Tapsell, Mia Phelan, Sophie Atkin & Lesley Walters (Cox) had a commanding victory over the 5k course winning by over a minute as did the J16 double scull of Ethan Walters & Riley Horrix, both of whom are on the IW Council Talented Athlete Programme.
