Congratulations to Martha, who competed at the Welsh Beach Sprints Championships in Colwyn Bay.
Racing in the Coastal Women's Sculls at just 15 years of age Martha was competing against rowers up to four years older that herself.
The competition was tough but Martha managed to beat some competitors and had a great experience in her first Beach Sprint competition. Well done!
